Disadvantages: It is not easy to control the humidity of the cloth falling surface. Usually, the drying cylinder is used in the next drying link of each process. In the falling stage of the printing machine, as the color paste is printed on the cloth, the dye has not yet reacted with the fiber chemically, and the drying at this time has a greater impact on the future color. If the cloth falls too dry, the color of the dye is easy to darken, or the color is insufficient.
